| I ordered their DLP3 projector last saturday, and I received it on Wednesday, enjoying free delivery in UK. :D . The Pre-sales support was great, and I expect the same from the after sales support. I was given tracking numbers of my shipment, and the packaging was amazing. The projector, itself, is a beast at this amazing price. | Hi! I would love to make out some time to review the warranty services of these people. I had got a DLP3 projector from them last month, and after the use of 3-4 days, I could see some problems with the power button. I just called their customer support number, and they arranged a Courier Pick up of the product from my Home. I packed the projector back, it was picked up, and after a period of 4 days of waiting, I was provided with a New Replaced piece of the same model. I am really impressed by the After sales support, they are providing. I will highly recommend you this website |
