Buying Goods from us This part explains the terms which apply to orders placed by you on our web site or over the telephone.
You make an offer to purchase from us by completing the order process on the web site or by phone. Your offer to purchase does not form a binding contract until it is accepted by us. All prices displayed on our web site include taxes (excluding customs and duty charges for shipment outside the UK and EU).
On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. This email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received by us and is being processed. It is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us only takes place when we dispatch your goods. Any acknowledgement of your order you get before this is not confirmation or acceptance of the order because we may need to cancel the order for a number of reasons including:
The product you ordered is unavailable from stock. This may occur if we find our warehouse stock is damaged, has been mislabeled or sold out before taking your order when we come to pick your order.
Shipping Details: Guaranteed next-day delivery is subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
Both our standard delivery service and guaranteed next-day service apply to the majority of the UK mainland. Remote parts of the UK and any delivery that involves a sea crossing may be subject to a surcharge of between £5 and £50 depending on the product size and weight. We will always advise you of this in advance of accepting your order.
In the event that Royal Mail or our couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for reasons within your control (such as no one in to take delivery or incorrect shipping address) additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If undelivered orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery and return charges deducted from the refund amount.
If you do not want to keep your item and want to return the item to us, this must be returned to us at your cost. We will also deduct the shipping costs before processing any refunds what we paid during sending the item to you at the first place. Warranty Informayion: If you want us to repair any item for you under the warranty. We will not charge you anything for the repair or any parts, but you must pay for the shipping cost to send the item to us for repair. Most products sold by www.projectorsite.co.uk come with a minimum 1-year “manufacturer warranty”.The term of these warranties can be extended, and coverage is defined by the product purchased and the brand. Repairs to products, whether they are covered by warranty or not, are guaranteed by the manufacturer or certified workshop. Whether the brand has operations in the UK or is represented by a third party is irrelevant. Defective or faulty products must be returned directly to manufacturers or certified workshops. Should you be unable to contact the manufacturer, you may return your product via standard post (or carrier) to the address given on your returns coupon. Returned products will not be accepted at ABIS head office. www.projectorsite.co.uk agrees to arrange repairs with its suppliers. Whatever the problem, you must return your product along with a copy of the invoice, the warranty card (included in the original box) and the returns coupon. Products are returned at the customer’s expense. Product warranties sold by www.projectorsite.co.uk do not cover: - replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones and recording heads, - incorrect or inappropriate use of products.Please read the user manual supplied with your product carefully, - malfunction due to accessories such as power cables, - defects and consequences following repairs by a person non-certified by www.projectorsite.co.uk, - defects and consequences due the incorrect use of the product, e.g. commercial purposes, - defects and consequences due to external causes. Please note that warranties do not apply to repairs for damage due to external causes, e.g. accidents, shocks, power spikes, lightning, etc, or to the customer’s incorrect use of the product, e.g. product not installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, detrimental use of product, use of product for commercial purposes, use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables, etc. In all cases, www.projectorsite.co.uk will not be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty. In such a case, the manufacturer will provide a quote for repairs. Administration fees may be charged by the manufacturer if the customer refuses to pay for the repairs specified in the quote. Should the customer accept the quote, payment for the total amount of the quote should be sent to PIXMANIA via bank transfer. Cancellations and Returns This part sets out the terms which govern your right to return any working goods that you do not want to keep. For returns of faulty items or items received in damaged condition please see the section "Faulty Goods" further down.
Distance Selling Regulation If you are a Consumer (a natural person who is acting for the purposes other than those of his trade, business or profession), then you have certain rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Under these regulations you must notify us in writing (fax, email or writing) that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period of 7 working days from the day after you have received your goods. You must then return the goods to us at your expense or we will arrange collection at your expense. We will only accept the product to be refunded in full, if the product was returned to us in its original condition.
If you have noticed any unusual performance or the product is not running properly as normal after the 7days period, we will be more than happy to help you to repair or fix the item. We will help you by sending out guidance by email or over the phone, if you do not have any access to emails. If the problem is not sorted by distance help and advice, we will be more than happy to repair your items by our professional engineers. We also can send out the part what might need changing to fix your item, but it all depends, if you agree to replace the parts by a professional whos is trained to carry out electrical works.
We follow the distance selling rules. We have even made it better for the clients. We give a 30 days money back guarantee for some of our products like LXHD80. If it does not say anything about cooling off period on our product description page during your purchase, that means you are automatically protected by 7 days money back guarantee.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee In addition to your statutory rights we give you a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee on some of our products whereby within 30 days of receiving goods from us you can cancel your contract and return the goods to us. To do this; please contact us by a sending us a letter. We will give you a returns authorization number and instructions on how to return the goods. Once you decide to return the Goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession.
Please note: This process apply for the 7 days money back guarantee too. You have 30 days money back guarantee on certain products like LXHD80 projector model. It is clearly written on our warranty information part of the description, if the product is under 30 day money back guarantee, otherwise you automatically protected by 7 days money back guarantee.
Goods must be returned to us unopened, undamaged and as soon as possible. Please ask us about your goods return time period. If the goods do not have any of the original packaging and they do not have all the items returned in the box in mint condition, the buyer will not be entitled to a full refund. The cost of damaged items, non returned items and non original packaging will be deducted from the total amount of the purchased price. We send you the products in brand new and untouched condition. We therefore, expect the products to be back in the same condition for a full refund to be issued.
Charge Backs and Refunds If you have a dispute and want to claim a refund; please send us a letter to our company address stating why you would like a refund. You must add other details in relation to your order with your telephone number, so we can identify your letter and contact you to resolve any issues.
If you have paid for an item, you have 30 or 7 days to send a letter to us depending on what product you have purchased. If you fail to do this and submit a charge back with your bank or your card issuer, we will charge you for the product, shipping cost plus administration fee of £75.00 and cost of collection from our debt collection agency.
We will pass the debt over to '' ccilegal '' To collect any funds due for breaching this agreement. If you have received a product and its faulty within the year you must sent us a letter, email or call us to discuss the matter and we will help you further in fixing the goods. Any disputes must be in writing only and posted to our business address ABIS Projector, 70 Price Street, Birkenhead, Merseyside, UK, CH41 3QZ.
All refunds will be made by check or bank transfer or to the same card what you used during the making payment to us; refunds will be made to the same person who paid for the products or services. Please note; refunds can be made within the first 30 or 7 days of purchase only depending on your product model. We will repair or replace the item after the 30 or 7 days have passed, if the product has any problems.
If you send us a charge back after the 30 or 7 days of purchase, you will receive the debt collection order and charges as mentioned above. If you even tell your bank that you do not want to proceed with the charge back after the charge back has been requested by you, we will still have to charge a fee of £75 as well as the debt collection agency fee of 15% of the total amount of your product price, shipping cost and £75. A debt collection request will be made straight after the charge back has been requested by you. We will of course contact you to check if you have made this charge back by a mistake. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days, we will go ahead with the debt collection request as described above. Any goods returned under the money back guarantee period; will be offered to have a refund or exchange. If you wish to get a refund under your cooling off period, we will refund you the total money after inspecting the products that we have received from you. If there are any accessories or missing items from the box and it was not sent to us in its original condition, we will charge you for the missing goods, packaging and shipping cost. If everything has been received by us as its original condition, we will refund you deducting the shipping cost. Some products may be sold as free shipping offer, but goods what are returned to us will be charged for the shipping. We will deduct £9.99 for any projectors & accessories and £18 for any screens & whiteboards. All orders and purchases returned to us are subjected to the shipping costs. Software, Special Orders, Consumables & goods containing Gas Customized special orders such as the Projector Bulbs are excluded from both our 30 day cancellation and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Once unsealed, Consumables such as Batteries and Gas products (e.g. Helium canister and gas powered bottle opener) are excluded from both our 30 day and 7 day cancellation rights and those you have under the Distance Selling Regulations as they may have been partially used.
Software, once the sealed package the media is in is opened, is excluded from both our 30 day and 7 day cancellation rights and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Returning a Gift We do not offer refunds on items you were given as a gift. However, we are happy to exchange them for other items from our range of the same value (or more if you pay the difference) subject to the returned item being returned in "as new" condition. You must pay for the shipping cost each time you return or want the item shipped.
Faulty Goods If goods need to be returned to us because they are faulty or were received in a damaged condition please make sure you contact us to obtain a return reference number to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Returns received without the correct details may be subject to delays. Our returns procedure can be found in our shipping and return page too. If the goods are faulty or damaged on receipt or a fault occurs within 30 days or 7 days cooling off period after you received them we will replace the goods or repair it as you wish.
If on inspection we determine that any fault occurred due to damage, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by the customer we are not obliged to cover postage charges or offer a refund/replacement. Then you will need to pay for the goods to be returned back to you from our technical and repair department. Please ensure you use an appropriate shipping method. When you contact us for a returns number we will advise you of the shipping method to use on your request.
Refunds We usually process refunds within 7 to 10 working days. If you paid by credit card the amount may be refunded by crediting it to the card used for payment.
Offers and Promotions We have items on sale and offers & promotions. We mark our items on sale depending our stock avalability and future promotion for other products. All products on sale, may be edited by us at any time. We deserve the right to extend or cut off our ON SALE items time scale at any time to give our clients the best prices for our products. Eg. "An item is on sale for 48 hours. We may increase the 48 hours time to any period of time in future to clear our current stock and bring out more promotions for our clients."
Overseas orders We ship worlwide. There are different shipping costs for different areas. Please log into your account and add any product to your shopping cart and then continue to checkout to see your prices including shipping charges. You do not have to make any payments to see our delivery charges. We will contact you, if you need to pay for extra shipping cost due to the weight and size of your items.
Images All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. We reserve the right to take any legal actions against anyone who might use our images without our authorisation for commercial use.
General Submitting images and reviews: We may occasionally offer a facility for web visitors to submit reviews and/or pictures relating to projectors, bulbs and other projector accessories for subsequent display on our website and other promotional material.
