Ans. We retail and wholesale projectors and projector related products; we are an authorized re-seller for ABIS. We are based in North West, England.
Are all your products brand new and do they come with any kind of warranty?
Ans. All our products are brand new unless stated as Ex-Demo. Our products come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, and our projector bulbs come with a 6 months warranty. Please check warranty information on each product page where it explains about the product warranty which may vary than the above statement.
How long will it take for you to deliver my products?
Ans. If we receive your order before 2.30pm on any working day (Monday-Friday); we will ship your items the same day. You should be able to receive any orders within 1 to 5 working days depending on your country and region. Most of our UK deliveries are completed within the next day depending on the stock .
Do you ship abroad?
Ans. Yes, we ship abroad. We deliver to all countries that are within the EU region. Shipping cost may vary for shipment outside the UK.
How do I place an order and how do I pay?
Ans. You can go to our website and click on the product what you want to order. Then Continue with the order, Log in or register, Check your billing & shipping address and then enter payment details. You will recieve a confirmation email and reciept for your order. You can pay with a credit/debit card on our website. If you need to use an alternative payment method, we can accept bank transfers or cheques. Please contact us for bank transfer details. You can place orders on our website or over the phone.
Is your website secure to take credit or debit card payment?
Ans. Yes, it is 100% secure to purchase your items on our website. We do not see or hold any details of your credit or debit card what are used by you or your authorised individual on our website. We only receive the payment and your order details through our merchant company who carries out the payment on our behalf. However, when orders are taken over the telephone we ask you for your card details, which are never stored by us and only used for that particular transaction.
Why do I have to register to buy products from you?
Ans. All you need is your name, address, email address and phone number to register with us. We request you to register on our site, so it is easy for you to place an order to us. You will have a password and log in number of your choice once you have registered on our site.
What are your opening hours?
Ans. We are open Monday to Friday between 9 and 5. If you need to contact us outside the opening hours, please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I write a review on the product what I purchased from you?
Ans. Yes, you simply log in to your account on our website and click on the product you want to write a review about. You can rate our products, the Highest being 5 and the lowest being 1. You can write about your product and the customer service experience that you received on our review page.
How do I return a product, if I don't want it or how do I get a product fixed if there is any problems with it?
All products come with 7 days money back guarantee, please note, some items come with 30 days money back guranatee and it is mentioned in our warranty information in the product description page. We also offer a further 12 months warranty with all the projectors and projector accessories apart from the projector bulbs which come with 6 months warranty.
